I always wanted to try and make this - seasoned rice in a fried bean curd wrap (유부초밥 - pic). When I worked part-time teaching, one of the employees used to bring some as part of his packed lunch. He always gave me a couple. He said his girlfriend worked hard to prepare them for him.
